Frederick Richard is rewriting the narrative of American gymnastics. This young phenom is not only making waves at the Paris Olympics but also challenging stereotypes about which sports are suitable for Black athletes.

Growing up in a world where basketball, football, and track often spotlighted to young black atheletes, Richard’s journey is particularly inspiring.

 

This 20-year-old from Massachusetts is a 2-time World Medalist and 3-time NCAA Champion. 

He's representing the USA and aiming for Olympic gold in Paris!
